It is in and through Cor ad Cor – the pierced and Sacred Heart of Jesus and the pierced and Immaculate Heart of Mary – that the members of the Daughters are formed in the charism to which they are called. Meditating upon and growing in devotion to the Two Hearts will impel each Sister towards greater love and unreserved self-giving.

From their entrance into the Community, the Sisters:

  • Receive training, progressively and continuously, in the Church’s teachings on Religious Life;
  • Strive to deepen their understanding of and living out of the charism of our Community;
  • Receive accurate training in the obligations of the profession of vows, especially the theological, ecclesiastical, and canonical aspects of the evangelical counsels;
  • Continue to study and deepen their understanding of the Ministerial Priesthood of Christ within the Church;
  • Receive education and foster a clear understanding of St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.
