On Saturday, September 14th, Sr. Mary Philomena of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus professed her First Vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. Sister's family was present at the ceremony and Mass, and her brother Chad, a second-year seminarian at St. Joseph's, did the readings. As is customary when a Sister makes her First Vows, the Novitiate Sisters threw Sr. Mary Philomena a festive party the night before.
